Pack your items and include the return form
Pack the items carefully and, if you wish, include the completed returns form in your package. This will help us process your return more quickly.

Send your return and receive your refund
 Attach the return label to the largest side of the package. Drop off your package at any Post Office or FedEx Office location free of charge. You can find your nearest FedEx Office location here: https://local.fedex.com/en-us/. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your order.
