La Bellevilloise

Who says that there’s no alternative culture in Paris? In 1877, La Bellevilloise was the first cooperative to introduce culture and political education to the working class. The same holds true today: In a space measuring over 21,500 square feet, the center offers everything, from concerts, movies, and exhibitions to an organic market, café, restaurant, and club. Sundays feature a jazz brunch, and retro swing balls are held on a regular basis. The highlight is the large panoramic terrace with views of the city.
