When a woman goes out in a dress for the first time, distraction is the last thing she wants. If possible, her legs should be smooth and perfect yet still appear natural. A little trickery is allowed when it comes to achieving this effect: just as rouge magically injects colour into cheeks, and concealer brightens up tired-looking eyes, FALKE's new tights collection 'Perfect Skin Colours' makes your legs appear pure and even. The fine tights and stay-ups of the Spring/Summer 2013 collection are available in eight colour nuances for different skin types.

In developing the colour range, Falke adopted the same approach as a cosmetics company would when creating a new line of make-up. First various skin tones were defined, and then a number of nuances were developed based on the degree of tanning.

'Pale Skin', for example, refers to very light skin with blonde or reddish hair. The tones 'Crystal' and 'Golden' are available for this skin type in an untanned state: ultra-transparent tights in 8 to 12 denier or a transparent version in 15 to 20 denier. The tones 'Golden' and 'Cocoon' were developed for light- or medium-tanned skin, while 'Cocoon' and 'Powder' match a somewhat more intense tan. An equally diverse range is available for the skin tones 'Beige Skin' - medium-tanned skin with blonde or dark blonde hair - and 'Bronze Skin' and 'Dark Brown Skin' - dark brown to black skin with corresponding hair and eye colour.

All colours are available in gloss or matt to match a woman's wardrobe. So nothing can go wrong on the big night now.
