Conditions of participation:

FALKE KGaA (hereinafter referred to as “FALKE”) is responsible for the employee story brand campaign for “130 years of FALKE.” Anyone who is employed by a company in the FALKE Group and describes their career at FALKE in an email, highlighting any special achievements, is eligible to participate. The email must be sent to Alina Wahle-Kube together with a photo of yourself and any other applicants within the period from May 8, 2025, to May 23, 2025.

Please ensure that all persons depicted in the photo agree to the creation and submission of the photo for the purposes stated in these terms and conditions, as this is a prerequisite for participation.

FALKE will select the participants for the photo shoot in two steps:

The nominated participants will be selected based on the most inspiring personal FALKE stories. FALKE will select the nominated participants by June 15, 2025, and notify the selected employees by email or in a personal conversation.

In the second step, further details about the individual FALKE story and any open questions will be discussed with the potential candidates in a personal conversation. After this, the final selection of participants will be made. They will then receive a personal invitation to an exclusive photo shoot.

During the photo shoot, which will take place in Schmallenberg in summer 2025 or at the location of the selected employee by individual arrangement, photos and videos will be taken of the selected employees and, if applicable, their family members who also work at FALKE. The video recordings may also include interview sequences in which the participants tell their personal FALKE story.
