2. Print out your returns label

To enable you to return your items free of charge, a returns label must be created in the DHL returns portal. You can find a link to the relevant DHL returns portal on this page, below.

Please use the returns portal for the sending country from which you wish to return the items. In the DHL portal, please fill out the form by entering your delivery note number as well as your address. During the next step, your returns label will be generated and can be accessed via the “open and print PDF” button. Please print out this PDF and attach the section with the returns label to the package.
