You can return unworn items free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order. Register your return in just a few steps – once completed, your return label will be sent to you by email.

Register your return
Enter your order number, for example S10..., and the email address associated with your order to begin the returns process. Once you have completed the registration, your return label will be sent to you by email.

Pack your items and include the returns form
Pack the items carefully and, if you wish, include the completed returns form in your parcel. This will help us process your return more quickly.

Send your return and receive your refund
 Drop off your return free of charge at a parcel locker, parcel box, authorised drop-off point or directly with the carrier. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email with details of your refund. The amount will then be refunded using the payment method selected for your original order.
